Refund and Return Policy

At Lileading, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide an order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

If your purchase was made on Amazon, please follow Amazon’s return process directly through your Amazon account.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


🚚 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@lileading.com.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Products not purchased directly from us or Amazon official store
